Mr. Jatinder Biala is the Chairman of Free Tarde Zone Manufacturers Association (FTZMA) associated since 2008 and served in different positions. He belongs to North India and living in Sri Lanka since 1998. He is an Engineer in Textile Technology and hold Master Degree in Business Management from a prestigious University of Australia, has more than 30 years of experience in the Textile industry with vast knowledge of the International Textile markets, production, modern trends, currently General Manager / Director of ISIN Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. ISIN Lanka produces premium quality textile spun yarn, both cotton and synthetic, for high-end textile market.

Currently is a board member JAAF (Joint Apparel Association Federation), Previously Served as a Director, International Chamber of Commerce (ICCSL) from 2012-2015, past President of the Sri Lanka Indonesia Business council from 2012-2015, which is part of Ceylon chamber of commerce, past Chairman of NICE International School, Negombo. Other than this, he is also associated with various social and religious organisations.
